Vol. 4 No. 1 (2022)

Vol. 4 No. 1 (2022) of the Namibian Journal for Research, Science and Technology presents a multidisciplinary collection of articles with a strong focus on the use of statistical, demographic and modelling approaches to understand key issues in Namibia. The issue includes editorial commentaries on science communication and the role of statistics, as well as research articles addressing airline traveller preferences, learner performance, fertility determinants, household poverty, employment longevity, customer relationship management, crime patterns, mortality trends and schizophrenia symptoms. Collectively, the articles demonstrate the value of data-driven research for informing policy, planning and development in Namibia.
