About the Journal
Namibian Journal for Research, Science and Technology (NJRST) is a high quality peer reviewed multi-disciplinary research journal published by the National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST). NJRST provides a platform for Namibian researchers and scholars in natural sciences, humanities, and social sciences. It offers an opportunity to impart and share knowledge in the form of high quality empirical and theoretical research papers, case studies, literature reviews and book reviews.
Current Issue
Vol. 5 No. 2 (2024) of the Namibian Journal for Research, Science and Technology presents a multidisciplinary collection of research addressing key social, psychological, economic and scientific issues in Namibia. The articles in this issue explore workplace bullying, student mental health, positive psychology in the workplace, the nutritional and antimicrobial properties of edible Namibian tubers, the lived experiences of Namibian Children of the Liberation Struggle, and the role of financial literacy in supporting sustainable female entrepreneurship. Together, the contributions reflect NJRST’s commitment to publishing research that advances knowledge, informs practice and contributes to sustainable development in Namibia and beyond.
